Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

1) APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes are not eligible for Express Shipping.


2) The warehouse needs 1-3 days to complete your order after payment has been received. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified.


3) The package will typically arrive within the window of time predicted. However, the timing of the delivery could vary depending on how the flights are scheduled, the weather, and other outside variables. For the most up-to-current delivery date, please refer to the tracking information.


4) You must check with Customer Service within 45 days of the order date if your package has not been delivered or if your tracking information indicates that it has been delivered but you have not received it.

 

You have 90 days from the order date to get in touch with customer support about any problems relating to other orders, products, or logistics.


5) Please confirm delivery within six months of the shipment date by clicking the "Confirm Delivery" button. The button will thereafter become gray and stop working as a point-generating tool.

Return & Exchange Policy

We really hope you enjoy your purchase! However, we've made the return process really simple in case you're not completely satisfied.


How much time do I have to submit my return?


Maximum 35 days from the date of purchase are allowed for returns. Within 35 days of the purchase date, your return package must have a postmarked date. Returns that are postmarked more than 35 days after the date of purchase will not be accepted.
 

When I return anything, do I have to pay for shipping?


For each order, the first return shipment will ship for free. You must ship the return package postmarked within 35 days of the purchase date, using the return label ("Return Label") we supply (see "How do I make a return?" for information).


Use the return label we provided to return more items from the same order if you have already returned some of them; the shipping price will be deducted from your refund.


Note that you must postmark any further returns within 35 days of the original purchase date.


How Do I Return Something?


Log into your Zolari Trends User Account first.


2. Select "Order Details" next to the order that contains the item(s) you wish to return from "My Orders" by clicking on it.


3. Next, choose the item(s) you wish to return, provide a justification, and click "Next Step" by clicking the "Quick Return" option.


4. Choose the "Refund Method" option. Please be aware that the products sold by Third-Party Sellers are not eligible for Wallet Credit.


5. in step 5: Choose "Return Method" USPS or UPS returns: Use the QR code (No Printer Required) or the given return label, as appropriate.


6. Securely wrap the returned item(s) in their original packaging, if at all feasible, and attach the return label to the exterior of the box.


7. Drop off the returned item at the USPS or UPS office that is most convenient for you. Within 35 days of the purchase date, the postmark on your package must be postmarked.


8. Take notice that unless the returned items are transported appropriately in accordance with the relevant shipping labels, no refund will be processed.

 

Please do not mix up the shipping labels if there are several for returning more than one item.The return label we give is only valid for domestic US shipments.


How can I locate the generated return label?


In the "My Orders" section of your User Account, locate the order containing the returned item(s). Click "Order Details"; "Return & Refund Record"; "Details"; "Save the Label" to view and save the Return Label.


Can I still return items that are soiled, broken, or missing their tags?


Only items that are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and that still have their original tags and hygiene stickers (if any) attached are eligible for returns.


If a human hair wig is in a significantly different condition than when it was received, it cannot be returned. A product may not be returned if the lace has been cut, the hairnet has been harmed, there is evidence of washing or bleaching, or if the product's length, color, shape, or material has been altered in any way.


Items You Cannot Return


1. Bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, jewelry, accessories, cosmetics, pet products, and any other items for which return or exchange is specifically stated as being unsupported cannot be returned or exchanged.


2. Free gifts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


Important Information


1. Kindly avoid returning items to the sender listed on your shipment. The processing of your return will be impacted by the fact that this is not the return address. Only send it to the address on the provided return label.


2. Please make sure you don't accidentally send any things back that weren't ordered via the Zolari Trends Site or the App. We won't be in charge of sending those products back to you.


3. We retain the right to refuse to grant a refund and to send the item back to you if you return an item that is not covered by the return policy.


Refunds


1. Within 7 days of receiving your return shipment, we will process refunds for products returned in compliance with this return policy. As per your request, the refund will be given for Zolari Ventures products to the original payment method and for products from Third-Party Sellers to the original payment method.


Unfortunately, it can take an extra 3-5 days to process your refund due to transportation delays. I appreciate your understanding and patience.


2. Any applicable original shipping charges are not refundable.


NOTE: You must get in touch with customer support within 90 days of the purchase date if you experience any problems with your return.
